The International Task Force on Teachers for Education 2030 (TTF) and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Rwanda have the pleasure to invite you to participate in the 13th Policy Dialogue Forum, which will take place from 2-3 December 2021 in Kigali, Rwanda and on-line. It will be preceded by governance meetings for TTF members only on 1 December.

The Forum will open with a High-Level Teacher Summit hosted by UNESCO and the Ministry of Education, with dignitaries, Ministers and two keynote speakers including the 2021 Varkey Global Teacher Prize winner, Keishia Thorpe, and world renown expert Linda Darling-Hammond, Professor of Education Emeritus at Stanford University.

With the theme of ‘Innovation in teacher policy and practice for educational recovery’, this year’s Forum will tackle the complexities of the post-COVID era, identify how to capture teacher and teaching innovations and ensure that education systems harness and expand collective capabilities for innovation. It will feature four plenary discussions and ten breakouts exploring the themes.

  • Register. All the Forum sessions will be available on-line via a dedicated platform.

Organized since 2010 by the International Task Force on Teachers for Education 2030, the Policy Dialogue Forum is a global platform for education stakeholders, which aims to foster advocacy, knowledge exchange, peer learning and monitoring of progress towards target 4.c of SDG 4 on teachers and teaching.
